Method of use:

  • before first employment, plunge the item into the water for 12 hours, in order to best hydrate the clay. Leave the item to dry naturally, in upside down position.


  • perfect to cook on direct flame, electric burner or oven

  • dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended

  • excellent heat insulation: the clay keeps the warmth for a long time, even after being removed from the stove

  • perfect for a “gentle cooking process” on low heat

  • excellent heat irradiation to grant a uniform cooking

  • very good ability in preserving natural food taste

Attention: avoid thermal shock. Do not put the item on wet surface or under running cold water, if it’s still hot.

N.B.: the little cracks of the glaze are a normal feature of this kind of clay and do not compromise its usage.
